Why become a member?
Any angler with the goal of making FFTUSA needs a membership. A membership is not required to compete in FFTUSA regional events, but it is required to earn regional points towards making the team for that cycle. Memberships are retroactive- you may purchase one at any point during the regional phase of the cycle, and any points you have earned prior will be counted. A membership is required in order to compete in interregionals and the National Championships.
Eligibility
FFTUSA memberships are open to all anglers who reside in the United States, and who will be eighteen years old by the end of the year the National Champions are held. Memberships are valid one year from the time of purchase. Too see the complete eligibility and membership information, click here.
How to purchase
Memberships (and team gear) can be purchased below. Please include your name, region, and Email address in the notes section. You must also read and sign the FFTUSA Code of Conduct and FFTUSA Liability Waiver (file below), and email it to teamusaflyfishing@gmail.com. Your membership will become active immediately upon receipt and reviewal of payment and documents.
One year membership, valid for 365 days from purchase date- 75$
